SWARM is provided free of charge, as it is. It is under active development: features change, seasons reset, and balance is tuned between builds.
You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with. One account per device. Signing in on a new phone moves your progress to it.
Do not modify the game, automate play, exploit defects instead of reporting them, or interfere with the server or other players. Accounts doing so may be removed from ranked play or deleted.
The name you choose is shown to other players. Names that are abusive, impersonating or unlawful may be reset or removed.
You may delete your account at any time from the account screen. Doing so removes your progress permanently and it cannot be restored.
The game is provided without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose progress, or be discontinued. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for loss arising from the use of the game.
